By using FormProspect you agree to these terms. The short version: this is a tool for relevant, respectful, human-reviewed business outreach — not for spam.

Acceptable use

• You must review every message and submit every form yourself. The product does not and will not submit forms automatically, and you may not attempt to automate it.
• You may not use FormProspect to send misleading, deceptive, or unlawful messages, or to misrepresent your identity.
• You must respect no-solicitation notices. Forms we classify as prohibited are off-limits.
• You may not attempt to bypass CAPTCHAs, rate limits, or other anti-abuse measures on target websites.
• You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your outreach (including e-marketing and data-protection laws in your and your recipients' jurisdictions).

Credits & billing

• Filling your own contact details into a form is free and unlimited — it runs in your browser and is never metered.
• One credit buys one AI-generated pitch. A pitch is generated on demand, only when you choose to write one, and a credit is charged only after generation succeeds — a failed generation costs nothing.
• New accounts include free trial credits; additional credits can be purchased in packs. Free workspaces are limited in how many companies they can import.
• Purchased credits are non-transferable. Refunds for unused credits are handled case by case — email us.

Your data

You retain ownership of prospect lists and content you upload. See our Privacy Policy for what we store and why.

Service

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, particularly the acceptable-use rules above.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
